Can I choose a different color or height?
Poly Log pieces come in five poly colors with Milwaukee Brown log frames. Selected tables and stools offer different heights. Choose your options on the product page, or contact us for help.
Will it fit my room?
Compare the listed measurements with your space, including doors and delivery access. Chair seat measurements describe the seat, not the full chair. For tables and stools, check both the table height and the seat height. If a measurement is missing, ask us about your piece.
Does the pickup discount apply to in-stock pieces?
Yes. In Stock items qualify for the same 15% warehouse pickup savings, calculated from their current price before tax. Explore In Stock.
When will my furniture be ready?
Standard orders have an estimated lead time of 4–6 weeks.
In-stock pieces are available immediately and ship in 1–2 weeks.
Confirm availability for your selected piece and finish before ordering. Delivery timing and pickup appointments are arranged separately.
What about returns, order changes, and warranty coverage?
Before placing an order, ask us to confirm the return and cancellation terms and warranty coverage for your chosen furniture, including any custom options.
Can I order online?
Yes. Choose your pieces and finishes, add them to your cart, and complete secure checkout. Delivery charges and applicable tax are shown before payment. You’ll receive an order confirmation by email and can check progress using your email address and order number.
